View source for International Numbers Missing Plus Sign

This article relates to customers outside of North America, who finds that phone numbers synced by CompanionLink are missing “+” sign if front of the numbers.

This issue is usually caused by incorrect settings within Microsoft Windows.


=Configuring Phone Dialing Settings=
#On your PC go to Control Panel
#Select Phone and Modem
#Select My Location
#Set the Country/Region to your location
#Run the sync again in CompanionLink
