Issue: After successfully synchronizing an iPhone or iPad, the next sync does not work with the message "Unable to Connect to remote Device" on the PC.
Cause: With iOS 4.0 and higher, multitasking allows you to close DejaOffice while it is still processing a sync. When this happens, it puts DejaOffice in a state where it can't see the next sync.
Solution: Force the app to close.
- From the Home screen, double-click the Home button to display recently used apps.
- Tap and hold the DejaOffice app until a red minus appears. Tap the red minus to force close it.
- Tap on the Home screen, above, to return.
This should allow the next Wi-Fi sync to run normally.
This issue will be fixed in a pending release - DejaOffice for iOS 1.2.9
