Occasionally, a problem can occur with the Microsoft Windows installer resulting in a 1721 Error when attempting to install CompanionLink.
Use the steps below to resolve the issue:
- In the Windows search bar, type "Run" and select the Run app
- Type "MSIEXEC /UNREGISTER" > click OK.
- Open the Run app again, type "MSIEXEC /REGSERVER", > click OK.
- Install CompanionLink again
