Occasionally, a problem can occur with the Microsoft Windows installer resulting in a 1721 Error when attempting to install CompanionLink.

Use the steps below to resolve the issue:
#In the Windows search bar, type "Run" and select the Run app
#Type "MSIEXEC /UNREGISTER" > click OK. 
#Open the Run app again, type "MSIEXEC /REGSERVER", > click OK.
#Install CompanionLink again
