When multiple Google accounts are logged into Internet Explorer, sometimes attempting to log into Google via OAuth can throw a script error. Follow the steps below to resolve:
- Open Internet Explorer in windows (not chrome or edge)
- Go to https://accounts.google.com/logout
- Click remove, then remove all but 1 account (or all is fine too)
- Try CompanionLink again
To Open Internet Explorer
- Tap the Windows key on your keyboard
- Type "Internet Explorer" and select it from the menu.
