Google calendar alarms do not sync

When syncing to Google, if Calendar events do sync to Google but are missing alarms. Make sure user does have a default notification set in Google.


Please make sure that in Google Calendar you do have a default notification reminder set. CompanionLink is not able sync the alarms if Google does not have a default notification set.

1. Go to Google Calendar

2. Select settings

3. Select the calendar settings

4. Click on the Calendars tab

5. Click on Notification

Then make sure that you do have a default notification set.
