When syncing to Google, if Calendar events do sync correctly but are missing alarms, make sure you have have a default notification set in Google. CompanionLink is not able sync the alarms if Google does not have a default notification reminder set.

  1. Open Google Calendar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select the calendar settings.
  4. Click on the Calendars tab.
  5. Click on Notification.
  6. Set a default notification here.
