When syncing to Google, if Calendar events do sync correctly but are missing alarms, make sure you have have a default notification set in Google. CompanionLink is not able sync the alarms if Google does not have a default notification reminder set.
- Open Google Calendar.
- Select Settings.
- Select the calendar settings.
- Click on the Calendars tab.
- Click on Notification.
- Set a default notification here.
