Symptoms:

In April 2010, GroupWise compatibility was removed from CompanionLink for Google (the lowest end product). Groupwise customers should now use CompanionLink Express.

Fix:

[AB42351] GroupWise support has been upgraded to CompanionLink Express.

This is a free upgrade for our existing customers.

Just over-install a CompanionLink Express update from our website https://www.companionlink.com/updates. There is no need to keycode or register this upgrade. Just remember from now on to use CompanionLink Express.
