The following steps will stop the DejaOffice Process, essentially closing the software. Generally this is only used for troubleshooting. Keep in mind if you stop the DejaOffice process, and do not restart it, functions like Auto-sync and DejaOffice Alarms will not function.

1. From your Android home screen, go to settings

2. Tap Applications

3. Tap Manage Applications

4. Look for DejaOffice on the list, tap DejaOffice

5. Tap the Force Stop button
