If you are using BlackBerry Desktop 6, please be sure to update your CompanionLink 3.0 to Build 3114 or higher, and CompanionLink 4.0 to Build 4040 or higher. https://www.companionlink.com/downloads/updates.html

For BlackBerry Desktop 4.0 and 5.0 we have two modes for operating. If you can't get success with the default please close BlackBerry Desktop and follow these steps:
1. Open CompanionLink Setup
2. Press BlackBerry Settings
3. Put a check mark for the "DLL Mode (Optional)" option
4. Run the sync again
