Samsung has launched a new app called Samsung Smart Manager which which "optimizes" your power consumption and can interfere with your DejaOffice alarms. If your DejaOffice alarms are not ringing until you open DejaOffice, the following steps should be performed to resolve the issue.
If your device does not have Samsung Smart Manager:
You can find the appropriate setting if you open your Android device Settings and tap Battery. Once here, proceed to Step 4.
1. Open your Android device apps list
2. Locate and open Samsung Smart Manager
3. Tap Battery
4. Tap Detail under App Optimization
5. Locate DejaOffice in the list and tap on it
6. In the menu that pops up select "Turned off for"
You should see that the screen now displays "Turned off for DejaOffice"
