Samsung has launched a new app called Samsung Smart Manager which can interfere with your DejaOffice alarms. If your DejaOffice alarms are not ringing until you open DejaOffice, the following steps should be performed to resolve the issue.

1. Open your Android device apps list


2. Locate and open Samsung Smart Manager

3. Tap Battery

4. Tap Detail under App Optimization

5. Locate DejaOffice in the list and tap on it

6. In the menu that pops up select "Turned off for"

You should see that the screen now displays "Turned off for DejaOffice"
