Some Xiaomi Android device users (Mi Phone 5, Redmi Note 3, etc) may experience an issue with alarms that do not trigger until the screen is unlocked. To resolve this issue, please perform the following steps:
1. Open your Android device Settings
2. Tap Notifications
3. Tap Manage Notifications
4. Tap the DejaOffice entry
5. Enable Floating notifications and lock screen
After completing these steps, your alarms should ring properly whether the device is locked or unlocked.
