Using sync all or Add-ins button in Blackberry Desktop 6, 7 and higher

BlackBerry Desktop 6 has three different locations for "Sync" to be selected.
When in "Organizer", it will not sync with Add-Ins like CompanionLink. This means the sync will complete and CL will not get called in the process.
When in "Add-Ins", it will sync Add-Ins only, and will not sync Organizer.
When in the main screen, the button is labeled "Sync All", and will sync both Add-Ins and Organizer.
