USB Sync ACT to Apple device via Outlook missing contact records

The USB sync to Apple devices requires syncing via Outlook and iTunes.

Here are some things to check if ACT is not syncing to Outlook:

Open CompanionLink Setup click ACT Settings.

On the Applications tab, make sure that Contacts are selected.

On the Groubs tab, verify the correct ACT Groups are selected. Verify the Groups the missing contacts are in and make sure they are selected here.

When done in the settings, click on OK.

From the main CompanionLink window, go to Options and choose "Reread PC data on next sync". Then sync again.

Do the missing contacts sync to Outlook this time?
