Symptoms:
- Synching with ACT!.
- Error message: 'Please open the ACT! database at least once in the current version of ACT! to convert it to the current version.'
- Using Act 6.0.
Explanation:
Act 6.0 is not compatible with most Norton antivirus/Internet security programs (such as Norton Antivirus, Norton Internet Security, Norton Password Manager, etc.)
Fix:
1. Uninstall Act.
2. Uninstall your Norton software.
3. Reinstall Act.
