Palm Desktop and Palm OS will not sync to Windows Mobile phone

Palm Desktop will not sync with a Windows Mobile phone directly. If a customer tries to set this up they will receive this error message: Attachment shows error**
Customer will need to sync Palm Desktop to Windows Mobile phone via Outlook.
