I already have a copy, can I just get a license?

Unfortunately, in the past some people have obtained a our software without purchasing it.

We have implemented a license system based on our purchase records. Our records include purchases made by Credit Card on our web site, PayPal, Sage, Handango, SJR Add-On store, and other partner stores. Orders dating back to 1997 are recorded.

Our licensing system uses this information to recognize you as a customer. If our system fails to recognize you, and you feel that is an error, we can research your purchase further if you supply the following information:

  • Name
  • Company Name
  • City, State and Zip
  • Email Address
  • Approximate month and year of purchase

If you can find a receipt, email receipt or credit card statement that shows the purchase, we may be able to honor that purchase. Otherwise, we suggest you purchase a new license from our website.
