How use Roll Over for Calls, Events, and Tasks in DejaOffice PC CRM

In the latest DejaOffice PC CRM v2 we have added options for using rollovers to bring your uncompleted events, tasks and calls over to the next day Automatically!.

Enable Roll Over for Call Type Events

In the Act! or Goldmine CRM Style (See our guide on CRM Styles which gives you access to Event Types (Call, Meet, ToDo, etc) you can specifically set Call Type events to roll over automatically so you know what calls still need to be made. Here's how:

Set the CRM Style to Goldmine or Act!:

  1. Open the DejaOffice PC CRM.
  2. Select Settings, then select General Settings.
  3. Set the CRM Style to Act! or Goldmine.


This will give you access to Event Types when making new calendar records.

Enable Roll Over for Call Type Events:

  1. Open the DejaOffice PC CRM.
  2. Select Settings, then select Calendar Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the menu and enable "Roll Over Calls".


Now when you have uncompleted calls they will be rolled over automatically the next day. The roll over time will be set to the same time as the original time of the call.


Enable Roll Over for All Event Types

If you want to roll over any uncompleted event:

  1. Open the DejaOffice PC CRM.
  2. Select Settings, then select History Settings.
  3. Enable the "Roll Over" option next to Roll Uncompleted Events.


Any uncompleted event will be rolled over to the next day when DPC is reopened. It will maintain the original Start Time and End time.














Enable Roll Over for Tasks

  1. Open the DejaOffice PC CRM.
  2. Select Settings, then select Task Settings.
  3. Enable the "Roll Over" option to Automatically Roll Over Overdue tasks to Today.
  • Note: If you do not want the original Alarm to roll over with the tasks, check the Clear Alarms option as well.


Tasks will be rolled over to the same time as they were set for, or if there was no time, just the Due Date will be rolled over to Today.
