If while syncing with Google, you receive error: "ERROR: Error loading library, Please make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 installed. Go to www.windowsupdate.com if you need to download it." Please follow the steps below to resolve.

Syncing with Google requires Microsoft .Net Framework v2.0 installed. This can be downloaded directly from Microsoft, at www.windowsupdate.com.

To verify if you have v2.0 installed already, go to the Control Panel and open Add/Remove Programs (Programs and Features on Vista/7). You will need v2.0 specifically.
