The following steps may help you resolve the following error message:

"Cannot open Outlook: an attempt has been made to reference a token that does not exist."

Troubleshooting Stpes:

  1. First, attempt to repair your installation of Outlook.
  2. If that does not resolve the error, run diagnostics on your Outlook data file.
