What a very positive difference. I will not go back to to any other method of syncing.Thank you for your help.

Brian – the Bionic is an interesting case in that we’ve specifically made it work with the external SD card because people were experiencing trouble with the internal card (yeah, the Bionic has 2 SD cards…).

At this point, I’d suggest getting in touch with our DejaOffice support team via http://www.dejaoffice.com/support.html – they may be able to help troubleshoot what’s going on and get DejaOffice working normally with your external card.

It won’t – CompanionLink doesn’t actually handle emails. We sync contacts, calendars, tasks, and memos. That said, you should be able to simply configure  your Android to check a POP3 account using the built-in mail client. Generally speaking, these steps will help you enable “charge only” mode:1. Connect the phone to the PC via the USB cable.
2. Pull down the Android notification bar (tap the very top of the screen ans swipe down) and select USB Connection.
3. Select “Charge Only”, then tap OK.If this doesn’t work, let me know and we can go from there!
