How To Configure CompanionLink with your Salesforce Security Token

To protect your sensitive data, Salesforce CRM requires CompanionLink Pro to provide a security token in order to sync.

  1. Log in to your SalesForce account.
  2. Select your name in the top right corner and select "Settings".
  3. Under "My Personal Information", select "Reset My Security Token", and click "Reset Security Token".
  4. Your SalesForce security token will be e-mailed to you.
  5. Enter this security token along with your password in CompanionLink under "SalesForce Settings".
