Starting Out
In order to sync with a USB connection you will need to:

Registering CompanionLink
CompanionLink is registered from within the software and requires an internet connect in order to verify your license. For more information click Here
Configuring your Sync
Back up your Data
CompanionLink cannot be held responsible for any data corruption or data loss that may occur in conjunction with our software. CompanionLink highly recommends backing up your PC database before performing a sync and on a regular basis.

Configuring CompanionLink
1. In the first dropdown select Palm Handheld (via Desktop v4) or (via Desktop v6.2) depending on what version you have installed.
2. In the second dropdown select your contact manager

4. Ensure the correct User ID is selected

Performing a Sync
Ensure your Hot Sync Manager is functioning properly. To do so add a test contact to the correct Palm Desktop account and attempt to sync.
To perform a CompanionLink Sync in your CompanionLink Setup select the option to Synchronize.
