Can I install the software on more than one computer?
Yes, you can install on up to three (3) computers that you use. Read detailed installation instructions.
What data will synchronizes to my device?
CompanionLink will sync contacts, calendar, tasks, and notes/memos. The exact data that synchronizes will depend on the database software you are syncing with, your device, and the sync method you use. For example, some PC software (like ACT!, Outlook BCM, or Goldmine), CompanionLink can sync additional data types like Opportunities, Notes, and Histories.

CompanionLink does not synchronize email, which is set up directly between your email server and device. Please refer to your carrier or IT department for help with email setup.
My sync didn't work. What should I do?
First, consult our Setup Guides and ensure you have properly configured CompanionLink and your device.

What does each CompanionLink product do?
All products are able to sync with all device platforms that CompanionLink supports. The software you need is dependent on what database you wish to sync with. If you're not sure which product you need, please use our product adviser.
