Symptoms:
- Using a Palm operating system handheld.
- Using CompanionLink version 2.0, build 2555.
- Error message: 'Please copy Clxact7lists.dll to the ActiveSync folder'.

Fix:
Download CompanionLink 2.0, build 2556, or higher.
