Conduit version for this version of Palm Desktop has not yet been released

Symptoms:
- Using Palm Desktop 4.1.2/4.1.4
- Error message: 'Conduit support for this version of the Palm Desktop has not yet been released.'

Explanation:
Palm has come out with a new version of the Palm Desktop program that uses a different set of conduits for HotSync Manager. However, they have not yet released the Conduit Developers' Kit (CDK) for the new conduits or announced a scheduled release date. Despite this, we have managed to make the necessary changes in our software.

Fix:
Update to CompanionLink 2.0, build 2591, or higher.
