This feature is not available when the port is in use

Symptoms:
- Using Kyocera 7135.
- Error message: 'This feature is not available when the port is in use.'

Explanation:
This is a known issue for this handheld. Kyocera has information on their website on how to fix this issue.

Fix:
1. Open CompanionLink Setup.
2. Go to the File menu.
3. Choose Reset Palm HotSync Settings.
4. Exit CompanionLink.

This will turn CompanionLink off. Go to Kyocera's website, and use their search feature to find their page for this issue. If these instructions do not resolve your issue, you will need to contact Kyocera.

Once the issue has been resolved, you will need to reconfigure CompanionLink to turn it back on.
