Driver file missing

Symptom:
Error message: 'Driver File Missing, CompanionLink.drv is not present on the run time path.'

Explanation:
Generally this is caused by one of two things:
1. Trying to run CompanionLink/DoubleLook/DoubleNotes from a network install.
2. Trying to run the .exe file from a location other than the local folder that CompanionLink is installed in.

Fix:
1. Make sure your CompanionLink/DoubleLook/DoubleNotes is installed on your PC and not on a network drive.
2. If you have been sent a patch executable file by our support department, you will need to copy this into your program folder (for example, c:\Program Files\CompanionLink).
