Sync ACT! with Google

How it works

CompanionLink Express will sync ACT! contacts, calendar activites, to-dos, notes, histories and user-defined fields with your Google account. Once your data is in your Google account, Google's free over-the-air sync service (called Google Sync) will sync this data with your phone.

Need to automate this entire process? CompanionLink Professional has an Auto Synchronization feature that lets you set up specific time intervals for the sync to transparently occur. This is true hands-free sync without any user intervention.

  • Google Sync service set up with your phone

  • Activities - meetings, phone calls, events, personal activities,
    vacations, and custom activity types
  • Activities linked to contacts
  • Notes and histories
    • syncs to Notes field in each contact record
  • To-do items
    • syncs to your Google calendar as untimed events
