2 ways to sync
 Wired USB Sync
Sync PC data directly with your Palm Pre or Palm Pixi using the USB cable that came with your phone. You need two things:
1. CompanionLink on your PC
2. CL USB Sync™ app on your Palm webOS phone
The CL USB Sync app includes custom Tasks and Memos apps for the Palm Pre and Palm Pixi. Contacts and calendar sync to the native apps on the phone.

 Wireless Sync via Google
Sync your PC with Google and your Palm Pre or Palm Pixi. There are two parts to the sync:
1. CompanionLink installs on your PC and syncs data with your Google account
2. Your Google account will automatically sync with your Palm webOS phone's built-in contacts and calendar apps
You can set the process to run in the background on your PC using CompanionLink's "Auto Sync" feature.
